Hey, I'm Phoebe
You know that feeling of constantly hitting invisible walls, trying to keep all the plates spinning, or just wondering why things feel so much harder for you than everyone else?
For years, that was my daily reality too. I worked in a high intensity sales role, constantly pushing, constantly masked, trying to navigate a world that felt like it wasn't built for my brain.
Then came the ADHD diagnosis. While it brought so much clarity, it also felt like a bittersweet moment. The relief was immense, but soon after, I hit a wall with massive ADHD burnout (years in the making, I now realise). What really struck me was the huge gap in support for adults. Your options after diagnosis felt pretty much limited to medication, leaving you to figure the rest out on your own.

That's where ADHD coaching just clicked for me like nothing ever had before. I knew instantly it was what I wanted to do; it filled that huge gap for ADHD adults.
Medication can be a great tool, but it's just that. Without the strategies and all the other insights that come from coaching, it's like finally getting that fancy new productivity app everyone's raving about, but then spending all your time customising the interface instead of actually using it.
The beauty of online appointments is awesome too; it means I can connect and support my local Warrnambool and South West Victoria community, while also seeing to clients across Australia and even the world. I just knew this was the perfect fit.

So, when we work together, you're getting someone who genuinely gets it. My approach is built on that shared understanding, combined with extensive personal research into ADHD and practical strategies that actually work for our neurodivergent brains. I'm here to listen, challenge, and guide you, helping you find your own clarity and build your unique path forward.

Ready to explore what's possible for your ADHD brain? I'd love to hear your story.
